How the ten weeks work.
Three lines each morning—Flow (your energy), Grow (today's skill), Create (one real build move). Read it, do it, and review it at night. The Flight Card is the daily setup, not the total program time commitment.
Each week closes with something real from your own work—never a quiz and never attendance credit. You advance by showing what you made and what you learned.
