Why this program exists

Restore human agency. Actualize humanity's potential—in partnership with superintelligence.

The Adventure

You learn to lead AI by doing work that matters.

AI tools can make leaders faster. They can also make us less thoughtful when we use them without clear purpose. This program takes a different path: build the human judgment first, then use intelligent systems to extend it.

The work begins with your goals, standards, and way of seeing. Over ten weeks, you learn to direct the AI tools and context you choose: each week you build a capability, and your real work—not coursework—is where the learning is tested.

The method works across industries and stages of life because the principles are human. The work is always your own: your purpose, your decisions, your contribution.

There are no spectators here. You advance by what you make real.

What You Receive

What you receive—and keep.

Your human-led AI practice — a working approach shaped around the context and tools you choose to authorize. Your judgment remains in charge.

Your AI working relationship — support you learn to brief, direct, correct, and use with discernment as supported tools evolve.

Your own working environment — built in the accounts and tools you authorize, without a dedicated Impact Forge computer or hidden transfer of ownership.

A living curriculum — modules that adapt to your real work, daily prompts built from your own declaration, and guidance inside every page.

Human review gates — a named human reviewer examines your work against the written competency rubric provided before any credential review.

Your credential review packet — your week-three baseline, week-ten comparison, applied artifacts, documented limits, and the evidence required for a separate human credential decision.

How It Works

How the ten weeks work.

Daily · brief orientationThe Flight Card

Three lines each morning—Flow (your energy), Grow (today's skill), Create (one real build move). Read it, do it, and review it at night. The Flight Card is the daily setup, not the total program time commitment.

Weekly · One module, one artifactThe Shipped-Work Test

Each week closes with something real from your own work—never a quiz and never attendance credit. You advance by showing what you made and what you learned.

Across the program · One skill at a timeThe Wheel

Five stages, five human skills for the age of AI agents. They are trained in sequence while your team is built in parallel. Every week strengthens judgment, taste, and agency.

The Map

Ten weeks. Five elements. Five skills.

Weeks 1–2 · Void · Start with purpose Imagine from Purpose
The skill of Presence — you cannot declare from distraction.
Test: your statement of purpose, forged and in writing.
Weeks 3–4 · Earth · See reality Declare & Honest Inventory
The skill of Vitality — energy, body, the green zone.
Test: your written baseline — where time, energy, and money actually go.
Weeks 5–6 · Water · Design the work Train, Design & Decompose
The skill of Discernment grounded in reality and truth — design only works on what is true.
Test: your context layer built, one real workflow decomposed.
Weeks 7–9 · Fire · Build and practice Engage, Build & Practice
The skill of Self-Regulation — command under load.
Test: your agents running your workflow — one shipped artifact per week.
Week 10 · Wind · Prove and carry forward Do, Prove & Review
The skill of Contribution — carrying useful work into the world with accountability.
Test: your dated before-and-after against the baseline. Your final certification review.
The Standard

This certification can be failed. That is why it is worth earning.

S-01

No baseline, no claims. Your week-three inventory is locked in writing before any result is ever spoken of.

S-02

Real work only. Every artifact ships from your own terrain. Nothing here is simulated, and nothing is graded by a quiz.

S-03

The gate is human. A named reviewer examines your work against the written competency rubric provided before credential review.

S-04

Review is accountable. No automated score issues a credential. A named human reviewer documents the decision and the evidence behind it.
