Yes. 100% of your paid standalone activation counts toward the $15,000 Private Training format of AI Native Leadership Certification. A full $1,000 payment leaves $14,000 in tuition. Private Training already includes AI Chief of Staff activation, so a separate activation purchase is not required. Your proposal records the paid amount and remaining balance; required third-party subscriptions remain separate.

Is this a course?

It is a guided activation you complete at your pace. The reflection sessions are AI-led, and you leave with approved working artifacts, your own Codex Chief of Staff, and one meaningful task reviewed with you—not a library of lessons.

What does the $1,000 include?

The one-time price includes a 75-minute session with William, the 55-minute AI-guided Ikigai experience, three approximately 45-minute AI-led MyCode sessions, your editable portable Second Brain foundation, your own Codex Chief of Staff, and one meaningful task demonstration. Your AI subscription is separate.

Is the activation fully automated?

No. A 75-minute session with William is included. Onboarding is arranged by email; the reflection sessions are AI-guided and paced by you. You answer the questions, choose what to share, approve the foundation, sign in to your account, and review the work.

What happens after checkout?

Use the next-step page to request your starting instructions. We confirm your account setup and arrange your included 75-minute session with William. Human help is available by email for onboarding and technical questions; the reflection sessions themselves are AI-guided.

What account or subscription do I need?

You use and control your own eligible account and subscription. The current MyCode package requires a compatible macOS or Windows computer with local Codex access; a phone-only setup does not meet that requirement. We check the necessary file and execution capabilities before personal questions. Your OpenAI subscription and usage are separate. Ask William to confirm your setup before purchasing.

What if my setup is incompatible after I pay?

If we confirm after purchase that your setup cannot support the required activation, you can choose a full refund of your activation payment or defer your activation until a compatible setup is verified. Contact William before sharing personal material. We will not substitute a different delivery route without your agreement.

Does the AI Chief of Staff replace a person?

No. It is a configured AI working relationship, not a human employee, fiduciary, licensed professional, or autonomous decision-maker. It can strengthen attention, preparation, judgment, and execution while ownership, consent, approval, escalation, and accountability remain human.

Will Impact Forge need access to my accounts?

You work from your own signed-in device and remain in control. Impact Forge does not need your password and will not ask you to email credentials, API keys, payment information, or sensitive source material. Any future app connection or external action requires its own explicit scope and approval.

Will my Second Brain work everywhere?

Your approved foundation is delivered as ordinary, editable documents so you can keep and move it. Each destination has its own context limits, features, and terms, so this offer does not promise automatic syncing or compatibility with every agent or platform.

What happens after seven days?

You review usefulness, quality, agency, burden, and any mistakes. Then you keep, revise, narrow, expand, pause, or delete the configuration. The plan is for learning and calibration; it is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Who owns what we build?

Your account, source materials, choices, and approved portable documents stay under your control, subject to the terms of the tools you use. Impact Forge does not need your password.
