Is this a course?

No. It is a private working activation. You leave with an AI Chief of Staff foundation configured inside your own account, an inspectable set of operating assets, and a real workstream already underway—not a library of lessons.

What does the $500 include?

The one-time $500 price covers the 75-minute activation with William and the operating assets listed on this page. It does not include your OpenAI plan, other software fees, ongoing managed operations, custom integrations, or a guaranteed personal or business result.

What OpenAI plan or features do I need?

You can begin with ChatGPT Plus, currently $20/month from OpenAI and purchased separately. Pricing, features, limits, supported devices, region, account type, rollout, and workspace policy can change, so current compatibility is confirmed before the session. The activation does not include or resell an OpenAI subscription.

Does the AI Chief of Staff replace a person?

No. It is a configured AI working relationship, not a human employee, fiduciary, licensed professional, or autonomous decision-maker. It can strengthen attention, preparation, judgment, and execution while ownership, consent, approval, escalation, and accountability remain human.

Will Impact Forge need access to my accounts?

You work from your own signed-in device and remain in control. Impact Forge does not need your password and will not ask you to email credentials, API keys, payment information, or sensitive source material. Any future app connection or external action requires its own explicit scope and approval.

How much of my second brain do I have to share?

Only what you deliberately authorize and can lawfully use. We begin with the minimum context needed to make the role useful, identify prohibited data and third-party boundaries, and let you decide what stays out. More context is not automatically better context.

What happens after seven days?

You review usefulness, quality, agency, burden, and any mistakes. Then you keep, revise, narrow, expand, pause, or delete the configuration. The plan is for learning and calibration; it is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Who owns what we build?

Your account, source materials, choices, and session-specific configuration stay under your control, subject to the terms of the tools you use. Before the session, Impact Forge confirms retention, correction, deletion, and reusable-material boundaries in writing.

This week it says $100 more. What is that?

The $500 still covers only the 75-minute activation and the operating assets on this page. It still does not include or resell an OpenAI subscription. Through August 30, nine seats may add a $100 30-day tool seat: ChatGPT Plus or Codex, in your account, paid against your receipt. It is a credit, not a subscription Impact Forge sells.
